Here are 10 tips for a healthy lifestyle. Remember to drink 8 glasses of water a day. A balanced diet consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, and healthy fats. As with any diet, it's important to eat the right portions for your size, age, and health. By eating healthy and exercising, you can help prevent several diseases, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and type 2 diabetes.
